*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Sou-Chef and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and an understanding of various cooking techniques, particularly grilling. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
*Duties*
* Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items,and non grilled items , daily specials ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization ,including proper storage of food items.
* Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
* Assist in menu planning and development by providing input on items or specials.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
* Experience in food preparation, particularly grilling techniques
* Excellent communication skills, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
* Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control.
* A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

*Qualifications*
* Solid experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service
* Strong team management skills with a background in restaurant and kitchen management
* Proficiency in food handling and food safety protocols
* Previous experience in the food industry and hospitality sector
* Supervising experience is a plus
* Additional skills in bartending and serving would be beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
