Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking a Part Time Office Administrator for our Regina branch. Previous administrative experience working within an industrial construction organization would be considered an asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in an administrative role.
Job Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Process invoices
Filing
Data entry
Schedule employee orientations and safety training
Assist with coordinating business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc.
Candidates must have:
Minimum of 1-2 year experience in office administration role
Good computer skills, specifically with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Forms
Proficient in data entry
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy is a must
Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
Exceptional organizational
