Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel. Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems. Repair roofing systems. Instruct apprentices. Estimate costs and materials. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads.
