*Job Overview*
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Create customer work orders, collect POS payments
*Skills*
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Proficiency with phone systems
- Data entry experience
- Ability to type efficiently
- Familiarity with clerical tasks
- Excellent communication skills and friendly disposition
