*Job Summary*
Bravura Daylighting, an industry-leading architectural product distribution company, is expanding its sales team! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Ontario. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing product solutions, and closing sales to drive revenue growth within the company.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Engage with customers and prospects via phone, email, and video calls to understand project requirements and promote Bravura?s product lines.
* Provide product recommendations and solutions based on project specifications and client needs, with a focus on customer service and meeting sales targets.
* Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and sales proposals, ensuring a clear understanding of pricing, timelines, and product availability.
* Proactively follow up with prospects and clients to ensure sales opportunities are converted into successful orders.
* Maintain and build relationships with architects, contractors, and other industry professionals to generate repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends.
* Manage a sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and update the CRM system with detailed notes to stay organized and efficient in closing sales.
* Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Support the outside sales team by assisting with project pricing and handling incoming requests from current clients.
*Qualifications and Skills*
* Strong communication skills in both written and oral English. (spoken and written French is ideal)
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in the construction or architectural products B2B industry.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service and sales.
* Experience with CRM software is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
