This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your leadership, your sense of innovation and your ability to bring teams together.<br><strong><br></strong><div><strong>Your job:</strong><br><p></p><ul><li>Manage a team responsible for client service and transactional processes for commercial and private banking in Western Canada regions </li><li>Contribute to the development of a business plan for your sector, aligned with the bank's objectives </li><li>Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, process efficiency and productivity </li><li>Help your team excel by setting and tracking performance goals </li><li>Participate in the improvement of operations by identifying and preventing or correcting problems </li><li>Stay up to date with the latest technologies and work processes to increase productivity and reduce costs </li><li>Engage and help your employees grow and develop their skills </li><li>Collaborate effectively with partners related to your service </li><li>Standardize work processes across regions </li><li>Ensure that administrative policies and procedures as well as all communications from the head office are understood and followed </li><li>Evaluate and provide feedback to improve the quality of customer service and customer experience in the regions </li><li>Liaise between support staff and the various areas of the organization (operations, legal, credit, etc.) </li><li>Encouraging good business practices </li><li>Help coordinate events for the region </li></ul><strong>Your team:</strong><br>Reporting to the Head of Operations Western Canada, you will have a team of about thirty employees including 2 managers, a team lead, account agents and customer service representatives. This new position is created to accompany and support the growing needs of our colleagues in Western Canada.
