Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. Maintain prescription records . Prepare medications for clients. Help with scheduling and workflow. Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams. Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products. Maintain supplies. Maintain inventory of equipment. Order supplies and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Team player.
