We are a National installations company looking for independent contractors to join our network with the following competencies: Handy Person who has experience with new and replacement water softener installations. The job will comprise installation in residential homes. Work is paid on a per-job basis at piecework rates. QuickContractors.com Inc. is a process management company facilitating in residential and commercial services with our recognized retail partners across Canada. Must have experience with water softener residential installation work. The job will require phone calls with the customer to pre-qualify them before the scheduled installation date to ensure that both parties are adequately prepared for the service. Technicians are to arrive promptly at the job sites and execute the scope of work for the installation service on site. Some jobs may require additional payments with the customer in the home, using the approved collection tools. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and excellent customer service. Candidates must have a good grasp of technology to use mobile applications for work orders. *Successful Candidates will have the following:* - Current Driver's License - A vehicle and tools to get to and from the job sites and pick-up locations - Organization skills and punctuality - Problem-solving skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Smartphone with data - Ability to estimate labour and material costs and provide quotations for work outside of the standard scope. - Must pass a background check - Must be mechanically inclined and have safety shoes - Must have experience with our Core Services & Installs below *Core Services & Installs* * Water Softener Installations * Sink and faucet replacements * Toilet installations * Vanity installations Job Type: Full-time Additional pay: * Commission pay License/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: On the road Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.86-$34.33 per hour Additional pay: * Commission pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Licence/Certification: * driver's license (preferred) * Gas (preferred) * air conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred) Work Location: On the road- LocationHalton Hills, ON
