*Position: Office assistant*
We are currently accepting resumes for a pivotal role in our courier company-the office assistant. This is a part-time to full-time position, starting at $20.00 per hour. The role will primarily encompass all invoicing tasks, with floating tasks such as answering phone calls, reviewing emails for live on-demand courier services, data entry of those requests, and light dispatching of drivers. Your contribution will be crucial to our daily operations.
Successful candidates will require the following attributes:
· Must have a high level of Excel, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.
· Must be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
· In-depth knowledge of Edmonton and all surrounding areas.
· Available Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
· Must have a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to Acheson, Alberta
· Willing to answer phones and dispatch drivers.
· High level of customer service experience
· Must be proficient in all computer-related tasks.
· A quick learner who pays attention to detail.
· Dress wear, business casual.
· Must be willing to work overtime.
