*Responsibilities:*
* Actively promote the Manney Group brand and its diverse services to enhance visibility and market presence.
* Maintain and support CRM procedures and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations to ensure effective tracking and reporting of client interactions and sales performance.
* Drive revenue growth through both asset and brokerage models, leveraging industry insights and client relationships.
* Work cohesively with sales and operations teams to provide seamless support and ensure alignment in service delivery.
* Ensure rate indexes are updated and maintained internally, facilitating accurate pricing and approval processes.
* Monitor market conditions and trends to proactively notify clients of potential disruptions or emerging opportunities, positioning Manney Group as a trusted advisor.
* Maintain accurate sales force and reporting data to track performance metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
* Actively solicit and acquire new business opportunities, expanding the client base and enhancing the company?s market share.
*Skills:*
* Effectively working as a team: providing cohesive support between sales and operations.
* 3+ years related experience preferred ideally within the transportation industry.
* Previous Transportation sales experience required.
