*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and enhancing clients' natural features through eyelash services. *Responsibilities* - Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care - Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products and upsell services - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist with front desk duties when needed *Skills* - Experience in eyelash extensions is required - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients - Ability to upsell products and services - Prior experience in retail sales is a plus - Excellent customer service skills - Proficiency in front desk tasks would be advantageous Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: 12 ? 36 per week Additional pay: * Commission pay * Tips Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationNorth Bay, ON
