They will follow project specifications and timelines, working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. We work Mondays to Thursdays so that we may enjoy a three-day weekend to explore our local area.</p><p>BENEFITS of working with NPC</p><ul><li>Very competitive wages in line with experience.</li><li>Group Life Insurance, Extended Health, Dental and Vision Care (after 3 months of service)</li><li>On-mountain perks and discounts at various hotels and restaurants</li><li>Potential assistance sourcing accommodations for selected candidates</li></ul><p><strong>Your Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing systems and accessories.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans, and specifications to determine the design/layout of the plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems.</li><li>Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and wall and floor fittings using measuring tools, such as levels and plumb bobs.</li><li>Cut and bore holes in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings using hand and power tools.</li><li>Measure, cut, bend, thread and connect pipes using hand and power tools or machines, such as pipe cutters, benders, and threading machines.</li><li>Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment, according to the specifications and requirements of the plumbing system.</li><li>Check pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges and other specialized testing equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot plumbing system problems and identify appropriate solutions.</li><li>Support the growth and development of company culture</li><li>Performs other duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Min 2 years of working experience as a Plumber</li><li>Red Seal or working towards Red Seal certificate</li><li>Knowledge of Federal/Provincial building codes.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to stand and/or be on their feet 10-12 hours/day working in outdoor weather and/or unregulated temperatures</li><li>Must be able to lift 50lbs and use proper lifting techniques for heavy items weighing more than 25 kilograms</li><li>Must be able to climb scaffoldings.</li></ul><p><strong>What else will make you succeed in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>Possesses and maintains necessary tools, equipment, and protective gear.</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge and compliance with health & safety regulations, procedures and company policies.</li><li>Adheres to project specifications and timelines ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.</li><li>Maintains a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Work in conjunction with crew members to complete field projects or tasks.</li><li>Displays high levels of motivation, energy, and forward-thinking.</li><li>Listens attenti
