We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, collaborating with international agencies and customers to manage the import and export of goods. *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate and manage the import and export of freight with international agencies and customers. * Prepare and send invoices; receive and process payments. * Organize and schedule office tasks; maintain accurate documentation. * Tender shipments at airline warehouses. * Communicate professionally with customers and partners via phone and email. *Qualifications:* * *Education:* High school diploma required. * *Experience:* Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Industry-specific training will be provided. * *Languages:* Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly desirable. * *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). *Competencies:* * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Significant use of memory, document use, numeracy, and continuous learning. *Work Conditions:* * Fast-paced environment. * Public transportation accessible; employer-paid on-site parking available. * Regular work hours: Monday to Friday. *Benefits:* * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Employer-paid on-site parking * Continuous learning and development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $3,300.00-$4,000.00 per month Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond, BC
