Your contribution will be essential to our mission as we support the full drug discovery and development spectrum.</p><p> </p><p>In this role, <b>primary responsibilities </b>include: </p><ul><li>Provide optimal medical care, diagnosis, and treatments </li><li>Collaborate with members of our professional team over a wide range of discipline</li><li>Provide professional expertise for guidance on procedures and techniques involving animals </li><li>Review and optimize animal monitoring and SOPs related to animal care</li><li>Be a member of our animal ethic committee and lend your expertise to evaluate all procedures performed on animals before studies begin<br> </li></ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>Key Elements</b></div> </div><div><p>We are looking for the following minimum <b>qualifications</b> for this role: </p><ul><li>Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine </li><li>Valid OMVQ (Ordre des Médecins Vétérinaires du Québec) licence or immediate eligibility for OMVQ</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills </li><li>Able to work physically (lift up to 20 kg, walk, stand, stoop, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of written English is mandatory. Bilingualism French and English is preferable. </li></ul><p><em>Please note that upon being hired, you will have to undergo an annual tuberculosis test at the expense of the company.</em></p><p> </p><p><b>Role Specific Information: </b></p><ul><li>Location: Sherbrooke / Free parking + Electric car charging station / Near public transport</li><li>Annual bonus based on performance</li><li>Schedule: Daytime Monday to Friday.
