Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: College or university educational institution/establishment. Tasks: Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Supervision: 16-20 people.
