The Citizenship Navigator supports the applicant to obtain the primary source documents that are required for a citizenship application. Citizenship Navigators are the first point of contact in the application process and support applicants through complex issues with family members and resolve barriers in acquiring documents and records from multiple sources. They often support applicants for several months and sometimes years to complete their citizenship application.
