Are you looking for challenging work?<br><br>An inspiring work environment?<br><br>A team of passionate people who will allow you to grow and develop?<br><br>WELCOME ABOARD.<br><br>It is at AAR Aircraft Services Trois-Rivières that your career takes of!<br><br>We are currently looking for aircraft maintenance technicians to complete our team in Trois-Rivières.<br><br>Main responsibilities and duties:<br><br>Troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems and adjust and repair these systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and procedures;<br>Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems;<br>Install or modify aircraft engines or other aircraft systems, such as mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems;<br>Disassemble airframes, engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul, cleaning and reassembly;<br>Performs and reports on routine maintenance; Identifies and places material orders in accordance with company policies;<br>Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory; Inform Quality Assurance Supervisor of irregularities on maintenance work tasks;<br>Ensure work is performed in accordance with quality standards, AAR policies and procedures and applicable regulations (Transport Canada, FAA, etc.);<br>Work closely with the aircraft team leader to ensure that the work is completed on schedule;<br>Ensure that the aircraft documentation is complete and in accordance with company and operator standards;<br>Ensure that the work area is clean and safe at all times;<br>Ensure that the 5 "S" program is followed at all times;<br>Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement;<br>Adhere to and enforce new safety policies.<br><br>WHY choose AAR Trois-Rivières:<br><br>Group insurance (including dental plan)<br>Reimbursement program for eyeglasses<br>Group RRSP with employer contribution<br>In-house training and skills development<br>Corporate clothing paid by the employer<br>Work-life balance program<br>On-site training room<br>Social club and activities offered by the company<br>4-5-5 schedule<br>Possibility to work overtime<br>Attendance bonus<br>Employee assistance program<br>Discount booklet with local businesses<br>Merit project (employee of the month)<br>Referral program of up to $3000!<br>And much more... <br> Technical or college training in aircraft maintenance in mechanical, structural or avionics;<br><br>Minimum experience of 0 to 7 years in the maintenance of civil or military aircraft;<br><br>Good adaptability, organizational skills, attention to detail;<br><br>Must be available to work a variety of shifts.
