In this role you will:Plan, organize and implement instructional, recreational and training programs designed to meet the needs of students and lifeguarding staff.Schedule staff to ensure safety.Maintain records.Organize competitive and recreational swimming programs and special community events.Implement school policies and to ensure the maintenance of aquatics equipment.How do I qualify?
