*Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of printing technologies, including DTF, roll-to-roll resin printing, laminating, cutting, and embroidery. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our specialized equipment, including the Mimaki TXF150-75 DTF printer, Epson SureColor R5070, Mimaki LA-160W laminator, Summa S2 cutter, and Tajima Tmez SC1501 embroidery machine. Additionally, you will apply DTF prints to garments as per requirements using a heat press.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Setup and Operation:*
* Prepare and operate the Mimaki TXF150-75 DTF printer and Epson SureColor R5070, ensuring proper material loading and settings adjustments.
* Use the Mimaki LA-160W laminator for finishing processes, ensuring high-quality lamination.
* Operate the Summa S2 cutter for precision cutting of printed materials.
* Set up and run the Tajima Tmez SC1501 embroidery machine for customized embroidery projects.
* Apply DTF prints to garments using a heat press, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
* *Quality Control:*
* Monitor print quality throughout production, making adjustments to ensure color accuracy and material integrity.
* Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
* *Workstation Maintenance:*
* Keep the workstation clean, organized, and tidy at all times to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
* Package orders once completed as instructed, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
*Maintenance:*
* Perform routine maintenance on all printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing equipment promptly to minimize downtime.
* *Collaboration:*
* Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Communicate effectively regarding production schedules and any potential delays or issues.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in printing technology is a plus.
* Proven experience as a printing press operator or in a similar role, particularly with DTF, roll-to-roll, and embroidery printing.
* Familiarity with the specific equipment listed (Mimaki TXF150-75, Epson SureColor R5070, Mimaki LA-160W, Summa S2, Tajima Tmez SC1501) is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Physical Requirements:*
* Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
* Standing for extended periods and working in a manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
