*Position Summary:*
Conlon Motorsports is seeking a creative and results-driven *Motorsport Vehicle *
*Graphic Designer* to join our dynamic marketing team. This role focuses on creating visually compelling and impactful designs for motorsport vehicles, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. You will play a key role in crafting visual concepts for new product launches, trade shows, custom vehicle graphics, social media, and in-store displays, ensuring consistency with our brand standards and delivering on marketing objectives.
The Motorsport Vehicle Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to elevate our brand?s presence across multiple channels and bring our vision to life through OEM marketing and creative execution.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design custom graphics for motorsport vehicles, including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and trailers, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and customer specifications.
* Create and manage the development of marketing collateral, including digital and printed materials for product packaging, branding campaigns, trade exhibits, displays, in-store promotional signage, websites, email campaigns, social media content, *Facebook advertisements, and Google Display ads.*
* *Send graphics and creative designs for approval to OEMs and co-op marketing partners to ensure alignment with branding and compliance with co-op guidelines.*
* Work with external vendors, such as print and production houses, to source materials and oversee the physical production of vehicle wraps, promotional signage, and branded materials.
* Collaborate with the marketing team on developing OEM co-branded campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
* Implement and maintain brand standards across all digital and physical assets, ensuring a cohesive look and feel for all marketing projects.
* Research and recommend design innovations based on industry trends and best practices in the motorsports market.
* Proof all marketing and creative materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and technical quality, meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects.
* Organize and maintain a library of graphics, media, digital records, and other creative assets for future use.
* Support the marketing team by developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales across multiple locations.
*Qualifications:*
* A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the motorsport or automotive industry, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing methods.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat, with basic knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro or After Effects) as an asset.
* Experience with large format printing and vehicle wrap design, including knowledge of printing/publishing standards and processes.
* Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, with the ability to take direction and implement feedback quickly and efficiently.
* Familiarity with OEM marketing requirements and an understanding of how to effectively integrate branding across various platforms.
* Experience in creating digital advertising content, including *Facebook advertisements and Google Display ads.*
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
* A passion for motorsports and a high level of attention to detail.
