*Operation Manager - trade, broadcasting and other services (NOC 00014)*
*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *
· Responsible for Canadian entity and warehouse department.
· Develop and evaluate strategical and operational plans for effective and efficient delivery of services.
· Oversee implementation of policies and provide feedback for improvement.
· Manage allocation of resources necessary for implementing policies and procedures.
· Identify market opportunities and establish business plans to maximize sales and growth (sales goal, corporate strategies, key projects on business/operation).
· Participate in employee recruitment and retention and implement strategies to develop leadership, including leadership training to management.
· Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and clients and participate in contract development and negotiations.
· Facilitate management meetings and communicate between Daedong-USA and Daedong Corporation for company and general business matters.
· Communication with Sales Department, Product Support, and all related department.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed.
*SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:*
· 5+ years? experience in a a progressively responsible management experience in business administration or related field
· Proven experience in management and leadership role.
· Experience with tractors or similar machinery/industry and distribution environment.
· Knowledge of Six-Sigma, LEAN management, and related preferred.
· University degree or college diploma in business administration or equivalent experience.
· Interpersonal skills combined with strong oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to present and inspire at an executive level.
· Strong interpersonal skills at all levels and types of clients and stakeholders.
· Ability to build relationships and skillful in collaborating between interdepartmental personnel.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills to plan, implement, and evaluate.
· Collect, analyze data, and present results in a concise, actionable format.
· Ability to independently plan and prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail and work collaboratively across functional areas.
· Ability to manage business processes and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
· Attention to details and organizational skills to prioritize and multi-task.
· Personal honesty and integrity.
· Demonstrated ability and knowledge of various software packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Dynamics SL
*WORKING CONDITIONS:*
· Flexibility in travel and work schedule, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as operational need may require.
· Approximately 5% of travel involved.

Salary $165,000~$180,000 (CAD) per year (to be negotiated)
