*Job Overview*
The Habberjam Mechanical *Production* *Scheduler* is responsible for coordinating between the workers in the field, the Site Sups, and Suppliers. You will be overseeing the plumbing production process and coordinating the execution of all activities to ensure tasks are completed when required.
You will be tasked with communicating with workers and suppliers to schedule material delivery and allocate labour resources to various job sites in an efficient and effective manner while accurately documenting and ensuring updates on various job sites.
*Responsibilities:*
- Coordination of Workers, Subcontractors, Site Superintendents, and Suppliers to ensure the plumbing production process is completed
- Work with HVAC Scheduler to align scheduling as possible
- Scheduling for all new residential (via email, Supply Pro, and other builder programs)
- Gather paperwork from field workers and sign off, send to payroll
- Print out plans and gas line work orders and give to foremen
- Apply for permits
- Apply for meters
- Respond to phone calls and site issues with field crews and site sups
- Schedule plumbing inspections when work orders come back from the field
- Review and accept legal suite permits on City of Edmonton website. Compile the builder key handout and stock ? organize pick up from builders for new keys as needed
- Print Final checks, add Foreman name and give to Service Division
- Provide weekly KPIs to General Manager

*Qualifications*:
- 3 Years of experience in the construction industry in a similar role
- Strong English language mastery required for clear communications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
