*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Brick Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in masonry. This role involves building, restoring, and renovating structures using various masonry techniques and materials. The Brick Mason will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all projects. *Responsibilities* - Build walls, walkways, and other structures using bricks, blocks, and stones. - Restore and renovate existing masonry structures to maintain their integrity and appearance. - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. - Apply caulking materials as needed for weatherproofing and sealing. - Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with local building codes. - Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time. *Qualifications* - Proven experience in masonry work with a portfolio of completed projects. - Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics. - Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment related to masonry work. - Knowledge of caulking techniques for effective sealing of joints. - Strong physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions. - Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
