*Position Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative specializing in B2B sales within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HVAC systems and solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, identifying their HVAC needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Identify and target potential commercial clients in need of HVAC solutions.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and propose appropriate HVAC solutions.
* Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
* Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Provide clients with product knowledge and technical support, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our HVAC systems.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
* In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
