*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be well versed in the operational and energy efficiency market with a large focus on the manufacturing and commercial industry. The Account Executive is a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual who understands Clients needs and will provide tailored real-time technology and engineering solutions that achieve sales success and build strong client relationships.
*General Duties and Responsibilities*
* Act as a sales representative and technical expert focused on selling Energy Efficiency Engineering Consulting services and Energy Efficiency products offered by Renteknik Group
* Assist Upper Management with the ongoing development and implementation of the Company?s Sales strategy
* Identify opportunities that will expand the Company footprint with existing and new Clients and capture incremental revenues
* Initiate, develop and maintain Client relationships to facilitate sales, repeat and referral business
* Work with engineering and product teams to develop and ensure the technical portion of proposals are accurate
* Attend training and associated workshops to keep current with new and updated technology and products and maximize business opportunities
* Participate in lunch and learns and webinars to educate potential Clients and industry partners and expand sales pipeline
* Meet sales goals/targets as determined by corporate determined KPIs
* Business travel as required
* Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the Company
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management
* Salary base with commission structure
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
* Technical experience in manufacturing sector
* Mechanical and Electrical knowledge an asset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
