We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Taproom Manager to oversee the operations of our bustling taproom. As the Taproom Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience, managing staff, inventory control, curating events and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage all aspects of taproom operations, including staffing, inventory, customer service, and cleanliness.
* Train and supervise taproom staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service and adhere to company standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure product availability.
* Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and execute events, promotions, and special releases.
* Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a taproom or brewery setting.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
* Knowledge of craft beer and the brewing process is preferred.
* Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
