\*Job Summary\* We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. \*Responsibilities\* - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms - Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand visibility - Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity - Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies \*Experience\* - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO, email marketing, and web analytics - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator - Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Marketing: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
