Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex. Various locations. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Bondable. Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Initiative. Judgement. Reliability. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
