\*Overview\*
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and excellent customer service skills.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointments efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Coordinate with our staff to ensure all appointments are completed within a timeframe
- Oversee the front desk operations, including managing phone calls, emails, payments and customer requests
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Collect Google Reviews and reply on them in a timely manner
- Post Daily Instagram Stories and Google Maps Photos
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop
- Order supplies and equipment needed for every project
\*Qualifications\*
- Previous experience in a front desk or shop manager role is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of all our services and our prices is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
