It is also taking ownership of the various business processes and representing the sector in the various bank initiatives. </p><p><strong>Your job </strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Contribute and/or take charge of the delivery of business initiatives by operationalizing, simplifying or automating the operational processes of the financial markets </li><li>Determine and implement actions to maximize a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional process management </li><li>Determine business needs, manage impacts on financial markets operations and recommend the most optimal solutions </li><li>Manage stakeholders and work to align different interests </li><li>Manage priorities and ensure the profitability of the improvements / solutions delivered according to the business value </li><li>Challenge current operating modes and business rules </li><li>Proactively communicate, through a consulting role, the results, issues, and risks to management </li><li>Develop and facilitate workshops to redefine the activities of the sector's teams </li><li>Support and equipe managers and employees to integrate, in a sustainable way, the new processes into their daily operations </li></ul><p><strong>Your team </strong></p><p>As a Senior Business Transformation Advisor, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to the transformation and modernization of the Financial Markets Operations sector, more specifically to the evolution of processes, data and systems for the teams of trade settlement, securities lending and borrowing, listed derivatives and custody. </p><p>Reporting to the Senior Director - Strategy & Business Processes, you will be required, as an expert, to maximize the management of cross-functional processes, to contribute to the resolution of complex issues, to propose strategies to support the realization of projects and the continuous improvement of processes. </p><p>The changes we aspire to are taking shape a little more each day thanks to the expertise of our professionals like you, who enable us to offer our customers a distinctive offer & experience. </p><p>We aim to offer you maximum flexibility in your work to promote your quality of life.
