Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Rural area. Manufacture. Food processing industry. Tasks: Schedule transportation conveyances. Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents. Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents. Maintain internal record-keeping system. Record shortages and reject damaged goods. Route goods to appropriate storage areas. Oversee loading and unloading of goods. Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases. Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically. Computer and technology knowledge: Database software. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. MS Windows. Adobe Acrobat Reader. Security and safety: Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
