Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking an Office Administrator for our Redcliff branch. Previous administrative experience working within an industrial construction organization would be considered an asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative role.
Job Responsibilities:
coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Process invoices
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Responsible for understanding purchasing procedures and requirements in order to support and assist as needed
Filing
Data entry
Schedule employee orientations and safety training
Assist management as required
Inventory tracking and reporting
Coordinate business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc
