Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue. Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods. Ensure transport compliance with regulations. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods. Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Dispatch management service software. Monitoring and tracking software. Spreadsheet. MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail.
