Objective:
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing outstanding customer experiences, solving problems, and collaborating with others.
• Enhance customer experience by providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service functions.
• Validate and execute customer data and access requests in accordance with standard methodologies, policies, and controls.
• Perform functional and data validations to maintain customer-facing application integrity, quality, and reliability.
• Act as a liaison with internal clients on behalf of customers; assist in the development of business support solutions and provide technical guidance.
