Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Various locations. Aboriginal band council. Rehabilitation centre and special health institution. Employee Assistance Program. Associations and non profit organizations. Tasks: Evaluate the effectiveness of social programs . Interview client individually, in families, or in groups, to assess their situation and problems to determine the types of services required . Train or assist in the training of other workers. Perform front desk duties. Engage in community program development. Target audience: Minority group. Personal suitability: Client focus. Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills.
