We are recruiting for our client a Channel Sales Manager for Modular Cells and Standardized Products. The role involves achieving sales and profit targets by selling directly to end users and through resellers/channels. Responsibilities include identifying, approaching, and qualifying key customers and strategic partners, setting short- and long-term channel strategies, and recommending products or services to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. The focus is on products such as modular robotic cells, including palletizing, packing, sorting, and stand-up pouches, with the possibility of adding more products as development progresses.

*Main Responsabilities:*
* Build and deepen relationships with Direct and Channel Partner accounts to create increased sales opportunities.
* Identify and acquire new prospects via cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business.
* Develop, maintain a sales strategy, and organize quarterly business review (QBR) meetings with Partner accounts.
* Use the business plan as a roadmap for go-to-market program development, including sales goals.
* Develop sales forecasts and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Develop a firm understanding of Systemex Automation solutions and demonstrate to prospective customers and partners.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Support the RFP response process by providing the technical and functional requirements of automated solutions to help complete sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with the applications team to bid on the best solutions to customers
* Negotiate contracts and conclude sales agreements, guaranteeing favorable conditions for the customer and Systemex
* Collaborate with the field marketing organization to plan and manage effective communication, demand generation campaigns for each Partner across the region.
* Ensure accurate reporting of key activities and update information in the Hubspot CRM database.
*Desired Skills:*
* Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of business development experience within a technical or automation environment
* In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
* Experience and proven results in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and with clients.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to conclude commercial agreements
* Dynamic and entrepreneurial style motivated to achieve sales targets
* Familiarity with the use of CRM software (Hubspot), sales tools and digital marketing
* Organized as well as an ability to manage priorities, demonstrate rigor in the execution of your work, ability to travel substantially .
* Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or experience relevant to operations would be an asset, experience in automation would be an asset.
