Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Hot. Dusty. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Operate heavy equipment. Measure distance, volume, length and weight. Understand the purpose, proper usgage and information found on material safety data sheets (MSDS). Complete onboard and other logs. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Secure special attachments to equipment. Operate hydraulic pumping systems. Type of heavy equipment operated: Backhoe excavator, loader.
