Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: School or educational institution/establishment. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Supervision: Janitors, caretakers and building superintendents. Personal suitability: Dependability. Flexibility. Initiative. Judgement. Reliability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.- LocationNorth York, ON
