Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered. Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding. Prepare flooring plans and scheduling. Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings. Prepare and install hardwood floors. Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings. Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants. Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Hand-eye co-ordination. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Judgement. Organized. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationEdmonton, AB
