Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments. Represent the company within various economic and social organizations. Leading/instructing groups. Monitor and evaluate. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs.
