Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. Develop social and economic profiles of an area to encourage industrial and commercial investment. Act as spokesperson for an organization. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies. Answer written and oral inquiries. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Gather, research and prepare communications material. Conduct analytical marketing studies. Develop portfolio of marketing materials. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions. Develop marketing strategies. Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Judgement. Reliability.
