Printing Clerk Our client in the printing industry is seeking a dedicated Printing Clerk to handle print and bindery operations. This role involves significant physical activity, including lifting and moving paper boxes and envelopes, as well as a fast-paced environment requiring extensive walking and standing. What is in it for you: ? Hourly salary of $19.15. ? 12-month contract. ? Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week. ? Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. ? 1-hour unpaid lunch. ? On-site work in a dynamic environment. ? Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals. Responsibilities: ? Operate equipment such as envelope insertion machines, hydraulic cutter, perfect binding machine, coil binding, folding, and kitting. ? Manage shipping and receiving tasks and organize inventory. ? Provide support to all Client Associate positions to meet client deliverables and offer backup and peak workload support. ? Communicate process opportunities to the Site Lead and Manager. ? Deliver outstanding customer communications and client service. ? Support administrative tasks and training of new employees as required. ? Support print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment and operations. ? Participate in our strong back-fill cross-training strategy, training on all tasks to ensure seamless operations. What you will need to succeed: ? High School diploma or equivalent (education verification required). ? 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service. ? Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. ? Adaptability to a fast-paced environment requiring a lot of walking and standing. ? Ability to resolve and escalate issues. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Proficiency in managing multiple tasks. ? Basic computer skills and knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts applications such as Adobe Acrobat. ? Must have reliable and dependable transportation for travel to supported accounts. ? Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner. ? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Why Recruit Action?
