Our organization is currently searching for an experienced and General Licensed Property Manager join our team in the King West area of Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities Include:
? Participate in weekly (minimum) touchpoints with team to ensure deliverables are met;
? Schedule, coordinate and lead virtual Board Meetings for monthly, AGM?s, special
meetings as necessary.
? Establish and execute a communication plan to ensure that Boards and owners are kept
well informed;
? Oversee, establish, and renew budgets, reserve fund studies, investment planning,
capital projects, banking, contracts for the Condominium Corporation, as needed;
? Maintain centralized planning Calendars for given portfolio;
? Ensure there is a system in place to report and retrieve monthly property management reports, and monthly property inspections on the cloud based server;
? Contact appropriate contracted trade for repairs and maintenance, as needed;
? Develop a good working rapport with Boards, owners and trades;
? Ensure Board Directors training is consistently up to date;
? Communicate with the Board of Directors as needed;
? Assist in recruiting, selecting and training new onsite staff;
? Supervise onsite staff, evaluate performance and take corrective measures as needed;
? Work in a professional manner with Property Management Associates, superintendents, cleaners, security officers and any other onsite personnel;
? Ensure onsite staff are trained as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other applicable employment legislation;
? Ensure the Condominium Corporation property meets Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements for accident prevention;
? Oversee and take proper and timely action in collecting outstanding arrears;
? Prepare documents such as correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails to all unit owners;
? All other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
