Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs. Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions. Project cash flow and financing requirements. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
