We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk for our client located in Barrie. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labor law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: ? Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified by The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. ? Minimum of 5 years of related experience. ? Proficiency with Unity, Conveyancer, Tera view, title searches, and real estate transactions. ? Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment. ? Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ? Ability to be effective in a fast-paced environment and willing to undertake and learn new tasks. *Location: *Barrie *Working Hours:* 9 am to 5 pm *Salary:* $50,000 to $65,000/annually Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Work Location: In person- LocationBarrie, ON
