GMVS is a well-established veterinary clinic dedicated to providing legendary care for both small and large animals.
Our team prides itself on offering compassionate and knowledgeable service to our clients and their animals.
We are currently seeking an experienced, mature Client Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in large/farm animals to join our friendly and professional team. As a Client Service Representative at GMVS, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their animals. We are looking for a mature, reliable individual with a deep understanding of farm animals and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their animals warmly, providing a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Handle phone calls and email/text inquiries professionally, offering knowledgeable assistance.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with billing, payments, and insurance claims.
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members.
- Provide education and advice to clients regarding animal care and clinic services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or related field.
- Strong knowledge of farm animals (cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, etc.).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using veterinary practice management software.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in animal science or a related field is a plus.
