Responsibilities
Tasks

Clean teeth

Diagnose dental diseases

Examine patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue

Instruct patients on oral hygiene

Plan dental health treatment

Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth

Design bridgework, fit dentures and provide appliances
