Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Resolve conflict situations. Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses. Implement behaviour management programs. Screen, recruit and train volunteers and support staff. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Accompany clients to appointments and social outings. Manage knowledge. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Client focus. Flexibility. Initiative. Team player.
