To be successful in this role, you must have a collaborative, team-driven leadership and delivery mindset, and a high degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment to solve complex problems with a significant degree of ambiguity.The successful candidate will be expected to deliver on the following:Manage and execute analytical and strategic projects, from start to finish, as part of a project team; includes project design and scoping; aligning partner expectations; project management and updates, and timely deliveryConduct financial analysis, including employing strategic frameworks, interpreting results, generating insights, and writing memos and decks to provide findings and recommendations to business partnersStrong communication skills with an ability to present concepts and research to senior audiences with clarity and confidenceAbility to lead with influence, garnering consensus across multiple stakeholders with varying prioritiesJob RequirementsMust have Skills Strong analytically anchored problem-solving skills, with a solid background working with data, conducting analysis, interpreting results, solving complex business problems, and writing reports/presentationsExcellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skillsEducation and Experience 5+ years of relevant business experience in financial services industryExperience in conducting in-depth secondary research, including collection and synthesisStrong results-oriented project management skills; well organized, with a high attention to detailStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)University degree in business management or related disciplineWealth Management or Investment Management experience would be an assetMBA, CFA and CPA designation would be an assetPrevious consulting experience would be an assetWho We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
