Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Work with minimal supervision. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment. Repair domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems. Type of experience: Electricity - construction. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
